The Patissier's creations are baked using the time-honoured techniques of the great French patissiers; and melded with exotic elements drawn from Singapore's varied epicurean cultures with their rich flavours and fragrances.

In line with The Patissier's assurance on quality, all of The Patissier's cakes and pastries are baked freshly on the premises with the best ingredients available.
